Filing of Claims
During the move our crews will do their utmost to take the best care of your
items which will include wrapping and crating, if anything should happen to
your furniture we do have a claim department who are trained in dealing with
these matters.
Please note that claims will not be processed until all payments are made
in full. Oasis Moving & Storage will not be liable for damaged or lost items
unless all claims are made in writing. It is also the responsibility of the
customer to contact the claims department to inform them of any claims that
may have occurred; it is not the responsibility of the moving crew to forward
this information on.
